Trip Reservations must be made at least 3 (three) business days prior to a medical appointment.  Trips may not be scheduled more than 2 (two) weeks prior to a medical appointment.  Urgent care needs will be transported without advance reservation with verification from the medical provider that the medical event warranted urgent care. (Excluding emergencies: Call 911)

 

Reservations must made 3 (three) business days prior to appointment.

 

Reservations are not accepted on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
